Venus Home and Health Solutions is a Nurse Practitioner-led healthcare organisation building a bench of qualified Healthcare Aides and Home Care Workers to serve contract, home care, and agency placements across Manitoba.
We are looking for Healthcare Aides who want to be part of an agency that values thoughtful matching, clinical support, and respect for the work.
What we offer:

What we are looking for:
Healthcare Aides and Home Care Workers with experience in one or more of the following:
- Personal care and activities of daily living support
- Companionship and social engagement, particularly for older adults
- Home care in private residence settings
- Personal care home and assisted living support
- Dementia and memory care
Required:
- Healthcare Aide certification or equivalent training
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal record and vulnerable persons check
- Reliable communication and professional accountability
Especially welcome:
- Experience in home care settings
- Experience with dementia and memory care
- Bilingual capability
- Flexibility to travel for placements
Note on our current stage:
Venus does not currently hold active contracts. We are building our bench and our infrastructure now so we can move quickly and deliver well when contracts are secured. If you join the bench, we will keep you informed as opportunities develop and match you thoughtfully when they do.
