Hospitality Intern
Support tenant and guest experience, listing preparation, inspections, vendor follow-up, and service documentation for managed properties.
What you will do
- Help prepare rental units, listings, showings, inspections, and move-in or move-out documentation.
- Support tenant and guest communication with clear follow-up and organized service notes.
- Collect photos, receipts, vendor updates, and field observations for property records.
- Assist with hospitality-style checklists for furnished, mid-term, or premium rental workflows where applicable.
- Help the team improve repeatable service standards for owners and tenants.
What we are looking for
- Interest in hospitality, real estate, property management, design, operations,
or client service.
- Strong organization, professional communication, and attention to detail.
- Comfort using forms, spreadsheets, photos, checklists, and easy workflow tools.
- Reliable follow-through and willingness to support both office and field tasks.
- Previous hospitality, concierge, leasing, retail, operations, or customer-service experience is an asset.
