Job Overview

We are seeking a agile and dedicated Hotel Manager / Cleaner (Live-in) to oversee daily hotel operations while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. This role combines leadership, hospitality expertise, and hands-on cleaning responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity for an energetic individual to manage guest services and facility upkeep simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, possess strong supervisory skills, and be comfortable living on-site to ensure smooth hotel functioning around the clock.

Duties

- Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest service and cleanliness are maintained at all times
- Manage front desk activities including check-in/check-out procedures, phone etiquette, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Oversee cleaning schedules and perform routine cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards throughout the property
- Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff and hospitality personnel, providing training and support as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly, aiming for positive resolutions that enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor hotel budget and expenses related to housekeeping supplies, maintenance, and staffing needs




- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and front desk operations
- Demonstrated cleaning skills with attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Leadership qualities with experience supervising teams and managing human resources functions
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting processes within a hospitality setting is preferred
