Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of bedrooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms to meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces regularly to maintain a pristine environment
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests or residents
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure efficient operations and a safe workspace
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the appropriate department for swift resolution




- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supplies inventory for accountability and quality control
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing

Qualifications

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred; experience in commercial cleaning is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is advantageous but not required; training will be provided if necessary
