Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct cleaning on resident rooms which includes wipping kitchen areas, bathroom areas, vaccum, mop, etc.
- Reporting repairs needed, and ensuring equipment is in good working order
- Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to promote a safe and sanitary environment
- Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling to support environmental sustainability initiatives
- Support team efforts during special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning sessions as scheduled




- Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues promptly to supervisors

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role
- Workdays are from Wednesdays to Friday (can be more depending on demand), between the hours of 8am-4pm

Pay: 19.68/hr Schedule: 8am-4pm
