Duties

- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels
- Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels based on occupancy and operational needs
- Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and custodial practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests
- Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles is highly desirable
