Our global client is looking to hire a HR Business Partner— Drive Organizational Success

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned client groups, providing expert guidance on all HR management matters in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies. You'll lead strategic projects, develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness, and support various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and talent development. Your leadership will help drive meaningful change across the organization and ensure our people practices align with business objectives.
Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ending April 2027 Location: Hybrid - Markham, ON. 3 Days in office - Monday is mandatory Salary: $82000- $90000/ yr Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to assigned client groups, providing guidance on HR matters in line with relevant legislation and internal policies.
- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives of varying complexity and scope, ensuring successful execution and impact.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, collaborating with legal counsel when necessary.
- Partner with HR team members and external vendors to address specialized HR matters such as benefits, compensation, training, disability management, and labor relations.
- Support the implementation of organizational strategies, programs,
and initiatives to drive change and improve workplace culture.
- Diagnose HR challenges within client groups, recommend tailored solutions, and assist in their implementation.
- Review, develop, and refine HR policies, programs, and resources to align with organizational goals.
- Develop and customize training materials, facilitate training sessions, and promote talent development initiatives.
- Lead recruitment efforts, developing a robust talent pipeline using diverse sourcing channels, including social media and networking events.
What You Bring to the Table — Required Skills:
- Over five years of experience in a human resources generalist role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR management disciplines including compensation, benefits, labor relations, and training.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable employment legislation (e.g., Employment Standards Act) relevant to assigned regions.
- Exceptional consulting, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead initiatives of varying complexity.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions.
- Excellent facilitation, persuasion, and influence skills.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for establishing trust at all organizational levels.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop actionable solutions confidently.
Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- HR Generalist background with proven success in partnering with leadership and executing HR initiatives.
