This is a Temporary Position.

We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Human Resources Clerk to join our HR team. The out-of-scope position provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, working 40 hours per week, and reporting to the Human Resources Manager.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office setting with demonstrated experience in recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, compensation and benefits, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum educational requirement is post secondary diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business administration or related field. The successful candidate must be familiar with working in a computerized environment utilizing Microsoft Office and have the ability to perform all duties with minimal supervision, exercise initiative and maintain strict confidentiality.
