- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario employment law, health and safety regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee relations and investigations with sound judgment and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- On-site role based at the manufacturing facility, with regular presence on the production floor.
- Contemporary manufacturing organization located in the Greater Hamilton Area.
- Safety-focused workplace with a strong commitment to compliance.
- Opportunity to join a stable organization with long-term career potential.
