$90,000 Human Resources Generalist - Manufacturing - Dorval (100% Onsite)

We are hiring an HR Generalist for our client in the manufacturing industry in Dorval to oversee all HR efforts. The role is 80% HR (including recruitment) and 20% payroll, but no prior payroll experience is required.

Requirements

- Fluent English and working French required.
- Experience in manufacturing or similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in talent acquisition.
- Must at least be open to learning payroll (ADP an asset)
- Ability to work with discretion, autonomy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and provide day-to-day support to managers.




- Coordinate new-hire documentation, employee files, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Support health & safety initiatives and workplace programs.
- Assist with employee benefits administration and disability-related follow-ups.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with biweekly payroll for approximately 190 employees.
- Coordinate internal employee events and other HR initiatives.
