- Manage case files efficiently within iManage or similar document management systems
- Assist clients through interviews, explaining procedures and answering questions with professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date case records and filing systems
- Coordinate with team members on project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in administrative tasks, clerical work, or legal support roles
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail
- Excellent proofreading and writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence
