In-Store Sales Assistant — Convertiqq

Convertiqq helps brands grow through strategic customer acquisition, brand promotion, and high-performance sales systems. We're looking for an In-Store Sales Assistant to join our retail team — someone who enjoys working the floor, connecting with customers, and helping turn browsers into buyers.

This role is based in-store, working directly within retail locations to represent our clients' brands. It's a face-to-face, people-first role — no phones, no online sales. You'll be trained on the floor, learning how to read customers, present products, and close sales with confidence.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and engaging customers as they browse in-store
- Answering product questions and guiding customers toward the right choice
- Actively helping drive in-store sales through direct customer interaction
- Keeping displays, stock, and the sales area looking sharp and on-brand
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with store staff and team leads to hit daily sales goals
- Reporting on sales activity and customer feedback at the end of each shift
- Taking part in ongoing training to sharpen your in-store sales technique

Full-time, in-store — no phone-based or online work. Pay is $3,995–$4,775/month, with an immediate start available. Based out of Vancouver.
