About EnoLight

EnoLight is an architectural lighting company specializing in specification-grade and custom lighting solutions. We work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals to develop lighting products and solutions for commercial and residential projects.

We are looking for a creative Industrial Designer who is interested in developing original lighting products from initial concept through visualization, prototyping, and production.

This is an opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer who wants to see their ideas become real manufactured products.

As a growing company with a small, collaborative team, EnoLight team members often work across functions and support one another as needed. The successful candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers and supporting the sales team when required.

What You’ll Do

- Develop concepts for new architectural and decorative lighting fixtures.
- Create sketches, design studies, and 3D models to explore new product ideas.
- Produce high-quality product renderings and presentations.
- Develop products with consideration for aesthetics, functionality, materials, manufacturing, installation, and user experience.
- Work with aluminum extrusions, sheet metal, plastics, lenses, diffusers, and other materials commonly used in lighting products.
- Assist with prototypes and refine designs based on testing and manufacturing requirements.
- Prepare technical drawings, dimensions, and product documentation.
- Research lighting, architecture, interiors, materials, and product design trends.
- Help develop distinctive EnoLight products for market launch and potential design award submissions.
- Collaborate with the technical, lighting design, sales,



and operations teams to move concepts toward production.
- Support the sales team with product information, presentations, customer questions, and project-related requests when needed.
- Assist customers with basic product and design-related inquiries.
- Support product presentations, specification materials, and other design-related projects when required.

What We Are Looking For

- Degree or diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a closely related product-design program.
- Recent graduates and early-career designers with up to 5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Architecture or Interior Design graduates may also be considered if they have a strong physical product design portfolio.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop original product concepts.
- Good understanding of form, proportion, materials, detailing, and visual design.
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, or similar.
- Ability to produce professional product renderings and visualizations.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable design tools.
- Ability to prepare clear 2D technical drawings.
- Interest in manufacturing processes and how products are actually built.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to develop and refine ideas through multiple iterations.




- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and supporting sales activities when required.

Experience in lighting is not required. We are more interested in strong design ability, creativity, curiosity, and the potential to learn.
