Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a part-time, in office role based in Richmond, BC. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing detailed information about DSG Mouldings’ products and services.

The Inside Sales

Representative will qualify leads, prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and support customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure a positive experience.



Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, coordinating with production and installation teams, and collaborating with management to meet sales targets. The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to qualify prospects and manage a sales pipeline.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on responsive communication and relationship building.
- Account Management experience, including maintaining client records, follow-ups, and ongoing support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical products clearly to customers.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, including experience using CRM or similar sales management tools.
- Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with operations, installation, and design teams.
- Prior experience in construction, building materials, architectural products, or a related industry is an asset.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
