About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our e-commerce sales team in the Greater Toronto Area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads generated through our website and e-commerce channels, with a focus on customers across Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and qualify inbound leads received through website and e-commerce channels.
- Contact prospects by phone, email and online communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Manage leads and customer information through CRM systems.
- Build solid relationships with customers across Canada and the U.S.




- Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to improve lead conversion.
- Track sales activity, follow-ups and conversion performance.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, e-commerce sales, or B2B/B2C sales.
- Must currently reside in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.
- Graduate / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience handling website and inbound leads.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling to customers in Canada and/or the United States.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and online customer journeys.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar is preferred.
- Target-driven, organised and confident in handling customers over phone, email and online channels.
