Young Financial Group is looking for an Insurance Services Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our advisors and delivering an exceptional client experience.
For this position, we are looking for someone with who is comfortable working with insurance applications, underwriting, policy servicing, and carrier systems.

About the Role
This is a full-time, in-office position supporting the insurance side of our practice.
You’ll work closely with our advisors, clients, insurance carriers, and underwriters to manage new business applications, follow up on underwriting requirements, process policy servicing requests, and ensure insurance files move smoothly from submission through completion.
We’re looking for someone who understands the insurance process, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable managing multiple files and priorities independently.
An LLQP licence is considered an asset but is not required.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has previous direct experience working in life insurance administration, new business, or advisor support
· Has experience with Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Disability Insurance
· Is familiar with insurance applications, underwriting, policy issuance, and servicing
· Is comfortable working with insurance carrier portals and systems
· Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
· Communicates professionally, both verbally and in writing
· Works independently and takes initiative
· Has strong problem-solving and time-management skills
· Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
· Holds an LLQP licence or has previous licensing experience, considered an asset, but not required
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Prepare and submit insurance applications, quotes, and illustrations
· Manage new business applications from submission through underwriting and policy issuance
· Track and follow up on outstanding underwriting requirements
· Communicate with clients, advisors, underwriters, and insurance carriers
· Process policy changes, servicing requests, and claims documentation
· Retrieve policy information and correspondence through carrier portals
· Review issued policies and contracts for accuracy
· Maintain accurate and organized client records
· Prepare documentation for electronic signature
· Support advisors with a variety of insurance-related administrative and operational tasks
· Ensure work is completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
What We Offer
· Competitive salary of $65,000–$70,000, based on experience

Our regular office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
