What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Build strong relationships with customers by providing prompt, friendly, and professional service
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and identify the right insurance products and services
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Explain insurance products and coverage options in a clear and easy to understand way
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services based on customer needs




- Work closely with the Agent to achieve team sales and marketing goals
- Help create a positive customer experience at every stage of the relationship

What We Are Looking For

- Customer focused and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with customers
- A solid communicator with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Motivated by achieving goals and delivering results
- Comfortable presenting information and having value based conversations with customers
- A problem solver who can think through customer needs and find appropriate solutions

Experience and Qualifications

- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required for this role.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is an asset
- Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred
- OTL license is preferred, or you must be willing and able to obtain the required license

Salary Range: 45,000k - 50,000k plus Bonuses.
