Commercial/Industrial General Contractor has 1 position available for EXPERIENCED and SKILLED Interior Systems Mechanic. Looking for a candidate who has a wide range of experience: ALL things interior related. Finishing carpentry, Hanging drywall, mudding & Tape experience, wood/steel stud and framing experience, T-bar ceiling, baseboards, installing a variety of doors & window styles.

Washroom

Renovations, installing fixtures, and hardware etc. Working in the Hospital setting an asset. Familiar with hoarding.

Must have own basic hand and power tools. Though will supply tools also. Must be able to manage small crews and work alone. Must be competent at filling out safety documentation. FLHA's, site inspections etc. Full Time position. Must have own vehicle valid driver's license. Competitive wage and benefit package. MUST HAVE CURRENT Safety Certifications: CSTS-20, WHMIS, 1st Aid.
