Job Purpose The International AP/AR Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing end-to-end international accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, is highly customer-centric, and demonstrates a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while responding efficiently to time-sensitive requests.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer proper coding and generate invoices according to move type
- Prepare the accuracy of invoicing according to client’s specifications
- Review all backup documentation required for submission to clients
- Prepare and validate quarterly invoicing for Long-Term storage (LTS) on Moveware and SAP
- Send quarterly invoices to clients as per agreed terms
- Process and audit all LTS payables
- Ensure all entries in Moveware are complete and accurate for processing in SAP
- Document all processes and update systems
- Maintain files on all accounts receivable and update records as required
- Monitor, audit and process all AP/AR files in Moveware and SAP
- Respond to all inquiries for information or invoices copies
- Review, audit and respond to agent and member statements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications KSA’s
- Education: College Diploma, with a focus in business administration
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable role
- Customer centric focused
- Detail oriented
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset
- Good working knowledge of worldwide geography
- Accuracy, time management, creativity, problem solving, decision making
- Ability to analyze and investigate potential issues, with autonomy and confidence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must work well under pressure and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have an excellent sense of priorities
- Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of additional job duties as required
- Proven ability to work well within a team environment
- Pleasant telephone voice/manner
- Attending all regular departmental meetings
- Bilingual is an asset– English/French

- Required to deal with a high volume of work during peak season

- Often additional time is required to be put in to maintain the volume of work and high standards of service to our customers
Pay: $47,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
