BRON is looking for an Inventory Administrator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the company’s ERP system.
- Enter, update, and verify inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies, shortages, or excess stock.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory movements are properly recorded.
- Support purchasing and operations teams with inventory availability and status information.
- Track damaged, returned, obsolete, or quarantined inventory.
- Ensure inventory documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Assist with resolving inventory-related issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory control, safety, and quality.
- Perform other administrative and inventory-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education and experience in inventory administration, supply chain, or warehouse logistics, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze information and investigate discrepancies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
