The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking civilian Lecturers, Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, and Professors to join the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) in Kingston, Ontario.

As Canada's military university, RMC delivers world-class education and conducts leading-edge research in support of the Canadian Armed Forces, the defence and security community, and Canadian society. Faculty members contribute to teaching, research, innovation, and the development of future military leaders.

Salary: $44,934 to $165,100 (depending on position level)

We're looking for candidates who have:

- A graduate degree or other qualifications relevant to the teaching and research field




- University-level teaching experience in a relevant discipline
- A demonstrated record of research and scholarly publications
- Experience working with adult learners or in a comparable skilled environment
