Inventory & Operations Support Specialist

We are looking for an organized, hands-on individual to support our inventory, warehouse, and overall operations.

The initial focus will be helping organize and implement our inventory and warehouse system, including shop organization, existing inventory, shipping and receiving, and developing processes for ongoing inventory management. This will be a significant project over the coming months, with continued responsibility for inventory oversight once established.

Key Responsibilities

- Help implement and organize inventory and warehouse systems
- Organize, label, and maintain shop and inventory areas
- Support inventory counts, tracking, accuracy, and ongoing oversight
- Manage shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing products
- Help establish and maintain productive inventory processes
- Take ownership and lead assigned projects through to completion
- Support general shop and operational needs as required





Future Growth & Learning As the inventory role becomes established, there will be opportunities to continue learning and cross-train in other areas of the business, including service bay operations, equipment installations, and additional team support.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous inventory, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience is an asset
- Experience with Point of Rental software isan asset
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- A team player who works well with others
- Able to take ownership of projects and manage their work independently
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative
- Interested in learning and developing new skills
- Mechanical or technical experience is an asset

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
