Top Smart Security & Tech Inc. is a growing Ontario-based security and technology company providing customized security solutions to residential and commercial clients. Our services include alarm systems and monitoring, video surveillance, access control, structured cabling, networking, and related security technologies. We support customers throughout Eastern Ontario, including Brockville, Kingston, Ottawaand surrounding areas, as well as national clients across Canada.

What you will do

- Tracking inventory, parts received, allocated to jobs, used, returned, and needing reorder
- Keeping technician jobs/work orders current and making sure paperwork is completed




- Checking that parts ordered for a specific customer/job are properly allocated
- Reviewing completed jobs for labour, materials, notes, and billable items before invoicing
- Following up with technicians on missing job information
- Helping coordinate upcoming jobs and ensuring required equipment is available
- Maintaining purchase orders and matching received equipment to jobs
- Keeping inventory counts accurate in QBO or whatever inventory system you settle on
- Flagging low stock and preparing purchase/reorder information
- Helping ensure completed jobs don't sit unbilled

Pay: $17.78-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
