About the Role

We're building out a stronger IT foundation at Bunkie Life, and this role is at the center of it — both keeping the day-to-day running (password resets, hardware, help desk tickets) and administering the core systems (CRM, automations, integrations) that power the rest of the team. Over time, with mentoring, this role grows into greater ownership of how those systems are architected and secured.

Requirements

What You’ll Own

Day-to-Day IT Support

- Handle password resets, and hardware/account provisioning

- Execute account-cleanup and offboarding checklists

- Coordinate with vendors on routine issues

- Provide in office, hands-on user support

Business Systems Administration

- Administer and maintain our core business systems (GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Invoiced.com, InFlow) — user setup, permissions, day-to-day configuration

- Ensure reliable data flow and integration across platforms

- Support department heads with systems questions and requests

- Escalate architecture-level or security-standards to leadership

Automation & Scale

- Design workflows that reduce manual effort

- Improve hand offs between sales, marketing and operations

- Build systems that scale with volume and complexity

Platform Management (Current Stack)

- GoHighLevel (CRM, automations, reporting)

- Google Workspace

- Invoiced.com

- InFlow

- Website infrastructure & analytics

- Integration tools (Zapier, Make, APIs)

Security & Stability

- Manage access controls and permissions within standards

- Support backups and basic cybersecurity practices

- Flag risk as tools and users expand

Compliance

- Help maintain compliance with Canadian and U.S. Do Not Call (DNC) regulations

- Help maintain SMS and digital communication compliance under applicable Canadian and U.S. laws (CASL, TCPA)

What Success Looks Like:

- IT support requests are resolved quickly and reliably

- CRM adoption is high, and data is consistently accurate

- Leadership dashboards are trusted and up to date

- Manual processes are measurably reduced

- Systems talk to each other, and data is accurate and visible

Who This Role Is For

- Have 3-5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or CRM/business-systems administration

- Extremely comfortable in Google Workspace

- Genuinely enjoy both hands-on support work and systems/automation work — this role is deliberately both, not just one

- Have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM (a strong plus)

- Are extremely comfortable in Google Workspace

- Understand APIs, automations, and integrations at a working level

- Can translate business needs into practical solutions

- Are reliable and detail-oriented, especially on access/security-related checklists

- Are comfortable taking direction and coaching while you grow your own ownership over time
