Duties

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, operating systems, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Maintain and configure computer hardware components including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage computer networking tasks such as LAN setup, firewall configuration, VPN access, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with team members to perform routine maintenance, software updates, and hardware upgrades to minimize downtime.





Skills

- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Experience with computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for providing explicit technical support and customer service to users at all levels.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues related to Microsoft Office suite and other common enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with help desk procedures and desktop support best practices.
- Knowledge of security protocols including firewall management and VPN configuration for secure remote access.
