We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide customer service.
- Help customers select jewellery.
- Explain products, gold purity, diamonds, pricing, and designs.
- Process sales, payments, and customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
- Assist with inventory and jewellery displays.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Create engaging social media content, including photos and videos of jewellery.
Requirements
- Previous sales or retail experience is an asset.
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Honest, skilled, and dependable.
- Knowledge of Indian jewellery and gold is an asset.
- Must be comfortable handling valuable merchandise.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and social media handles.
- Must be comfortable creating and recording short videos/reels for social media.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
