About the work

HardWater Solutions Edmonton installs water softeners and hot water tanks in residential homes across Edmonton. We're looking for a licensed journeyman plumber to take on installs as an independent contractor, paid per job, not by the hour.

You bring your own tools and your own vehicle. We bring the jobs. You pick which ones you want.

What the job looks like

- Install water softeners and hot water tanks in residential homes
- Most jobs take 2 to 4 hours, depending on the site
- A typical day supports 2 completed installs
- Every job includes plumbing connections, drain line setup, electrical hookup, and code-required bonding

How booking works You get access to an open calendar of available jobs. Claim the ones that fit your schedule, skip the ones that don't. No minimum hours, no shifts, no salary. This is piecework:



you're paid per completed install, not per hour on site. Jobs are Paid Weekly.

What you need

- Valid journeyman plumber certification (Alberta)
- Your own tools and a vehicle capable of hauling a water softener or hot water tank
- Comfortable working independently in residential homes
- Reliable communication (confirming jobs, updating status, flagging site issues)
