Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Technical Designer to be responsible for creating and supporting design development.

Responsibilities

- Create technical sketches and tech packs to develop prototypes
- Review prototypes against tech packs to ensure that the construction is accurate and functional and communicate findings / corrections needed to suppliers
- Manage the development calendar and approvals of fit, TOP and production samples
- Work with sales and design department to provide product information as needed

Requirements

- DEC in Fashion Design
- 1-2 years of experience in Fashion Design
- Ability to convey ideas through sketches
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of Techpacker an asset

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
