Duties

- Thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas throughout shifts.
- Support food handling procedures by organizing ingredients and supplies efficiently.
- Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen tidy and compliant with health regulations.




- Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment operation.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and maintaining sanitation standards is a plus.
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work helps in understanding workflow but is not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting are essential.
