Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the work site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or safety barriers
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials as needed to maintain workflow
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for all team members
- Perform general site cleanup and waste disposal to maintain a tidy work area
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required




- Conduct routine inspections of tools and materials to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Skills

- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Positive communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate effectively
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction or industrial sites
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in construction, warehouse, or industrial environments is a plus but not required
- Valid certifications such as First Aid, Working at Heights & WHMIS
- MUST possess a valid AZ, ARZ or DZ driver licence with clean abstract and CVOR
