Ossa Terra is an earthworks and demolition company based in southern Alberta (our home base is Lethbridge, Alberta). We are seeking a hardworking Laborer to join our team at a Strathmore job site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Pick up and deliver parts, field tools, and supplies for job sites or the shop
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.




- Adhere to all safety regulations and practices to ensure a safe working setting.

Requirements

- This job position is for a job site is in Strathmore Alberta.
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $23.00 per hour
