Full Circle Property Maintenance is hiring full-time, year-round Landscape Crew Members in Winnipeg.

For the past three years, we have provided residential lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, and snow-removal services. We take pride in quality workmanship, working hard, looking after one another, and following proper safety procedures.

This position begins as soon as possible. Landscape work typically continues until early November, after which team members transition into snow removal for the winter season.

We offer plenty of opportunities to learn recent skills, take on additional responsibilities, and grow with the company.

What You'll Be Doing

- Installing sod, landscape fabric, edging, soil, mulch, and gravel
- Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plant material
- Assisting with patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape projects
- Preparing, grading, cleaning, and maintaining job sites
- Transitioning to snow removal duties through the winter
- Following all company safety procedures
- Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions




- Handling physically demanding work — lifting, bending, walking, shovelling, and moving wheelbarrows

What We're Looking For

- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable transportation to our Charleswood shop (note: not easily accessible by transit — the nearest major bus stop is about a 20-minute walk)
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Sharp attention to detail
- A team player who takes direction well
- Comfortable communicating in English

Previous landscaping experience is an asset but not required. Experience driving with or towing a trailer is a plus. Compensation & Perks

- $17.50–$23.00/hour, based on experience and ability
