Responsibilities

- Assist with planting, pruning, mowing, and general gardening activities to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
- Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows efficiently and safely.
- Use power tools including trimmers, blowers, and small machinery to support landscape projects.
- Support excavation tasks using equipment like mini-excavators or other machinery under supervision.
- Help install irrigation systems ensuring proper setup and functionality for sustainable watering practices.
- Maintain landscape features by performing routine upkeep such as edging, mulching, and debris removal.
- Conduct basic maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance.




- Collaborate with team members on construction projects like pathway installation or garden bed creation.
- Follow safety protocols consistently to create a secure work environment for all team members.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or construction is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools are advantageous.
- Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or irrigation equipment is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles or landscape maintenance practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and safety procedures.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for operating equipment or traveling between sites.
