Snips Landscape is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. Opportunities to grow and move up the career ladder while learning new skills.
Whether you're experienced in professional landscape maintenance or you're newer to the industry and ready to learn, we're interested in people who bring the right attitude, work ethic and desire to grow.
Job duties may include but would not be limited to the following:
- Operating commercial zero-turn and walk-behind mowers
- String trimming and edging
- Backpack blowing and property cleanup
- Maintaining a clean, professional finish on residential and commercial properties
Depending on the season and schedule, you'll also have opportunities to assist with:
- Garden maintenance and weeding
- Pruning
- Fall cleanups
- Planting and mulching
- Small landscape enhancements
- Property detailing
- Parking lot sweeping and seasonal property cleanup
- Construction – building decks, fences, pergolas, etc.
- Snow Removal
- Any other odd jobs as requested
Requirements:
- Own transportation to our location - no public transportation available
- We would prefer applicants have at least 1 year experience working for a skilled landscaping company.
Assets (not required):
- valid Fall Arrest certification
- valid First Aid/CPR
- valid Lift Truck certification
- Plant knowledge
