Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join our growing property maintenance team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, brings a positive attitude every day, and is interested in building a long-term career with our company.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in landscaping, property maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, or a related field. We value employees who are dependable, hardworking, professional, and willing to learn.

Duties

Key Duties Include:

- Perform routine commercial and residential property maintenance
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging and blowing using commercial-grade equipment
- Garden and landscape bed maintenance, including weeding and general cleanup
- Spring and fall property cleanups
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- Mulch installation and general landscape maintenance
- Operate commercial zero-turn, stand-on and walk-behind mowers
- Safely operate trucks, trailers and other company equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment
- Complete assigned properties efficiently while maintaining company quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors and customers

Winter Duties – Snow & Ice Management:





- Provide residential and commercial snow removal services
- Operate commercial snow plows and snow removal equipment
- Operate salt spreaders and other ice-management equipment
- Apply salt/de-icing materials according to site requirements
- Explicit parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, entrances and other designated areas
- Perform snow and ice services during early mornings, evenings, overnight periods and weekends when required
- Respond reliably during snow events and changing winter conditions
- Follow site-specific service requirements and company safety procedures

- Requirements
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively
- Experience with property maintenance , hardscape & softscape projects related to outdoor environments is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards

- Valid Drivers licence

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
