We are looking for an experienced, organized, and patient-focused Lead Dental Receptionist to join our dental team. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk while ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient.

The ideal candidate is confident, professional, highly organized, and comfortable taking initiative. You will serve as a leader and resource for the reception team while working closely with the dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and office management.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous dental reception or dental administrative experience required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, billing, and treatment coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a busy dental office.
- Professional, friendly,



and confident communication style.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient and financial information with discretion.
- Experience with dental practice management software is an asset.
- CDA or dental administration experience is an asset.
