Masterminds Daycare – Southfort is seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Childhood Educator / Program Supervisor to support daily operations and help maintain a safe, nurturing, and high-quality childcare environment.

Responsibilities:

- Support daily centre operations and staff supervision
- Ensure compliance with Alberta childcare licensing requirements
- Communicate professionally with families and staff
- Assist with programming and classroom coverage as needed
- Work in ratio when required to maintain staffing levels

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification
- Experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
