Hiring: Full-Time Line Cook (Hotpot / Malatang Restaurant)
We are looking for a responsible Line Cook to join our team.
Responsibilities: Cook malatang (hotpot bowls) according to customer orders Ensure food quality, consistency, and speed of service Assist with food prep and organizing ingredients during non-busy hours Clean and maintain cooking equipment to ensure safety and proper function Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards Requirements: Full-time availability, long-term commitment Ability to work in a fast-paced setting Previous kitchen experience preferred, but training will be provided If interested, please send us your resume or contact us directly.
