Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience in Indian or South Indian cuisine, works efficiently in a fast-paced workplace, and maintains high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages
- Support in receiving and storing deliveries

Requirements:





- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role
- Knowledge of Indian / Kerala cuisine is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
