Adam Soliman Law Corporation, a North Vancouver litigation and civil practice, is seeking a litigation lawyer called to the bar for approximately 4 to 7 years to work closely with senior counsel across civil litigation and family law files.

You’ll be joining a dedicated team of 10 lawyers, legal assistants, and support staff.

What you will do

You will conduct legal research and draft pleadings, applications, and other litigation materials to a high standard. You will work directly with senior counsel on his files while also carrying and managing matters independently. You will appear at chambers applications, examinations for discovery, and trials as required.

- Hybrid - remote, work at home except for client meetings or court appearances.
- Must have an active Law Society of BC license.

What we are looking for Called to the bar in British Columbia for approximately 4 to 7 years. Strong, demonstrated legal research and writing skills, particularly in preparing pleadings and other court materials. Comfortable appearing in court independently as well as supporting senior counsel on complex files. Civil litigation and family law experience preferred.

Engagement structure

This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employment position.



The role is structured around a guaranteed minimum annual fee of 100,000 Canadian dollars plus a bonus component tied to experience and file responsibility, details to be discussed with qualified candidates.
