About PapayaPapaya is a custom sticker and print shop. We make labels, stickers, and printed goods for small businesses, artists, and brands — and we ship them out quick. We're a small, hands-on team, and we're looking for someone to keep the back of the shop running smoothly.

The roleYou'll be the person who makes sure every order goes from printed sheet to shipped package. It's a practical, on-your-feet job that combines production finishing, packing, and shipping with keeping the shop organized. If you like clear tasks, tidy systems, and seeing a stack of orders go out the door each day, this is for you.

What you'll do

- Run day-to-day shop logistics: track incoming orders, prioritize the queue, and keep jobs moving through production to shipping
- Punch, cut, and finish stickers and labels on shop equipment; check quality before anything is packed
- Pack orders accurately and ship them through carrier and postal services (labels, tracking, pickups and drop-offs)
- Keep inventory of paper, vinyl, packaging, and shipping supplies stocked and organized
- Maintain a clean, organized production and shipping area
- Flag issues early — misprints, delays, missing materials — and help solve them
- Pitch in on other shop tasks as needed

What we're looking for
- Reliable, punctual,



and comfortable working independently
- Detail-oriented — you notice when a count is off or a cut isn't clean
- Organized; able to juggle multiple orders and deadlines without dropping anything
- Comfortable standing, lifting boxes (up to ~25 lb / 11 kg), and doing repetitive hands-on work
- Basic computer skills (order systems, shipping platforms, spreadsheets)
- Experience in a print shop, warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping role is an asset — not required
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Part-time: 25 hours per week ( Early morning or Evening Shift)
