In this vital role, you will perform a wide range of locksmithing duties, including installing, repairing, and maintaining locks, security systems, and hardware. Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and replace locks, safes, and other security hardware across various facilities
- Conduct routine inspections of locking mechanisms and security systems to ensure optimal performance
- Key cutting and duplication to support access needs for staff and authorized personnel
- Troubleshoot lock-related issues promptly to minimize security vulnerabilities
- Maintain accurate records of all locksmith activities, including installations, repairs, and key inventories
- Collaborate with security teams to implement current locking solutions or upgrades




- Respond swiftly to emergency lockout situations or security breaches, providing effective solutions

Skills

- Proven experience as a locksmith, 2 Yers experience with a strong understanding of lock mechanisms and security hardware
- Ability to read technical diagrams and installation manuals accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise lock work
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and explain technical issues clearly
- Knowledge of electronic access control systems and alarm systems is a plus
- Valid locksmith license or certification as required by local regulations
