Job Duties

- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, optimizing routes and delivery schedules for efficiency.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and promptly resolve any issues.
- Monitor shipments in real time and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
- Identify and troubleshoot transportation challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and tracking information.

Job Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role or environment.
- Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Fluent English communication skills required; Korean language proficiency required.
