Based on our recent growth and success, we are seeking a new member to join our Logistics team as a Logistics Associate. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, detail-oriented, self-driven, passionate individual who is able to operate in a dynamic team setting. The main duties of this role will be to organize, sort, and fulfill customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure every order is validated for accuracy and packed appropriately for optimal shipping and delivery worldwide.
- Receive and organize incoming inventory and orders.
- Organize and maintain existing inventory for sale.
- Organize and maintain packing and related materials for optimal efficiency and use.
- Operate office and warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or post secondary enrolled.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and work occasional overtime when required.
- Must be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to thrive in a collaborative and team-based environment.
- Must be able to perform under pressure and within tight timelines.
- Must always be professional and friendly.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel,
and general technology skills.
- Knowledge of Crystals would be a plus.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center would be a plus.
- Experience and familiarity with Shopify would be a plus.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
Role Specifics & Compensation This will be a full-time role, working Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required, including weekends.
We offer a competitive compensation package which, after a successful 3-months probationary period, will include enrolment in our group benefits plan, group investment program, and gym membership.
Salary will be based on a 40-hour week, paid at a base rate of $18.00 per hour, which will be paid twice a month.
Vacation entitlement will include two-weeks for each year of service worked.
Location
This role will be based out of our Calgary North-East office location.
