SKILLS REQUIRED

- Seeking an experienced Mainframe Data Masking Specialist with 8–10 years of experience in data privacy and mainframe application development.
- Strong hands‑on experience with z/OS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and Mainframe utilities.
- Expertise in COBOL copybooks, record layouts, EBCDIC, fixed/variable‑length records, and COMP-3 data structures.
- Solid troubleshooting experience with batch jobs, JCL execution, and Mainframe data processing.
- Experience with REXX, DFSORT, ICETOOL, or similar automation utilities is preferred.
- Exposure to data masking, data privacy, and data transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
