Stonecrest Hotels is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to help oversee maintenance and renovation work at our hotel properties in different locations.

This position requires regular travel between our hotels. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and has robust experience with hotel maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.

The Maintenance Manager will visit our properties, inspect maintenance issues, identify what work needs to be done, and coordinate with hotel management, contractors, and suppliers to get the work completed properly.

Responsibilities include:

- Inspecting hotel properties and identifying maintenance issues
- Handling and coordinating repairs and general maintenance
- Overseeing renovation and improvement projects
- Working with contractors, trades, suppliers, and hotel management
- Following up on outstanding maintenance items until they are completed
- Helping with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, and other general building repairs
- Getting quotes and helping management control project and repair costs




- Making sure hotel rooms, common areas, mechanical rooms, and exterior areas are properly maintained
- Keeping management updated on property conditions and required repairs

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hotel, commercial, or building maintenance
- Good knowledge of renovation and repair work
- Experience coordinating contractors and renovation projects
- Able to work independently and solve problems
- Organized and able to manage multiple properties and projects
- Valid driver's licence
- Must be willing to travel between hotel locations when required
