We are currently looking for a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team and support our production operations.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for routine and preventive maintenance of blow molding machines as well as general facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of practical experience working with blow molding or similar machinery and demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily maintenance checks and minor repairs on blow molding machines (e.g., hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems)
- Support troubleshooting and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Assist with mold changes and machine setups as required
- Carry out general facility maintenance (lighting, plumbing,



HVAC support, basic carpentry, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in the maintenance area
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report issues promptly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues

Qualifications:

- Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical / Industrial / Maintenance Engineering or related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with blow molding machines (e.g., Sidel, Bekum, Kautex, or similar)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting tools
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and documentation
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts or weekends if needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindset
