Position Description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Advanced Technology & Innovation (ATI) Division of the MRO Engineering Department/Depot Support Team at FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

- You will plan, coordinate, and oversee execution of highly engaging K-12 STEM and educational outreach programming designed to inspire student interest and build a sustainable talent pipeline for the command.
- You will serve as the primary liaison and coordinate directly with external educational stakeholders, including school districts, educators, academic institutions, and community partners, to strengthen team-oriented STEM initiatives.
- You will work closely with FST, MRO-E, and other FRCE departments to understand critical talent demands and translate those organizational priorities into engaging, customized outreach events that build a ready future workforce.
- You will lead the collection, analysis, and sharing of outreach and engagement metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and report on the command's educational impact to Division and Department level leadership.
