Job Summary

We are seeking a experienced maintenance worker to join our Hyatt House team to ensure the effective operation of our newly constructed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general building maintenance and upkeep. Working with our plant engineer and our mechanical and electrical service providers. This role requires strong organization and the ability to follow direction while working on your own and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the upkeep and general servicing of equipment, HVAC systems, filters, and cleaning.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance projects and improve operational efficiency.




- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in an accommodations or like facility.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
