Our Client is seeking a Manager of Transportation Analytics for their GTA - based operations, with solid managerial experience and logistics knowledge. The role involves Managing a team of Analysts through various reporting and invoice related tasks. Managing projects as assigned and ensuring all processes, current and new, are fully documented and up to date while acting as a senior account manager for assigned clients.

Responsibilities

- Manage team of analysts for Transportation invoice processing, reports, studies, implementations, report writing and other projects
- Document processes, both existing and new, as well as ensuring that the client processing documentation is kept up to date
- Develop better testing processes and QA of applications
- Act as senior account manager on assigned accounts, providing direction and support to Analysts where applicable




- Manage the implementations of new clients and other client projects
- Assist in development of new reporting tools, processes and procedures to deliver value-added analytical services
- Provide project management for the implementation of new clients, internal projects, etc., as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Transportation/Logistics field
- Familiar with Transportation invoices and rate structures
- Strategic thinker
- Experience managing team of professionals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Robust Project Management Skills
- High-level of proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of SQL Query would be a definite asset
